Found return air duct, sucking flat because poorly installed. Need to send the helper that installed unit Bernard back to rerun flex line on return and finish putting on rain shield. They only put on half of the rain shield need to to put rain shield on side that you cannot see to keep animals from damaging flex also complained about smoke coming from outdoor unit. Advised that was Justine from defrost cycle unit running properly.
