Found heavy ant build up in the outdoor starting points. She has a friend James that can change out the starting points. Lady of the home is most likely in her 80s. System is showing immense deterioration on control board inside 2002 furnace. I was able to get the system to fire up after cleaning out the ants and her friend James will be able to replace the contact points himself. Please start to prepare for full system replacement in the event of larger, mechanical failures of the future. See pics
