Found system low on 410a, valve stem was leaking. Tightened stem, should be ok for now. Added 2lbs, recommended changing the filter monthly for the remainder of the system’s life. Please start to prepare for the inevitable, recommend full system replacement in the event of large non-warranty component failures of the future.

Looks like we had a few heating issues since I was here last. No issues discovered during today’s visit. Found 9 1/2 year-old warranty evaporator coil failure. System is approximately 2/3 low on refrigerant. Went over warranty coil options as well as replacement options Mr. of the home. He would like to have the warranty coil changed out, installation per my office set for Tuesday, March 10th, 2026. with an arrival time between 8 and 10 AM. Total balance due upon completion military discount $50. Coil has been ordered to climate in Montgomery for pick up Tuesday morning.

Found 2014 outdoor unit with bad fan motor. also found a gecko or lizard laid over the run capacitor see pictures. Only other issue found was excessively high starting amperage rated for a max load of 109 A currently drawing 134 A went over repair versus replacement options with Mr. of the home present with me at the outdoor piece of equipment. He would like to address all issues discovered during today’s service call. He has only been here two years and does not want to invest a unit just yet. Work to be preformed on Friday 3.6.2026 with an arrival between 1-3 pm. Total balance due at time of completion. Motor was ordered, please bring 4 ton start kit with relay and fan motor. (Climate)
